Staff was extremely friendly and the continental breakfast was excellent

We really appreciated that we were allowed to check out a little later. Also liked the breakfast buffet in the morning.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. However one night we used the hot tub and came upon the husband of one of the women who works at the front desk and he was soliciting us about being an Amway Rep. It made us uncomfortable and we had to leave the area early to avoid his constant pressure.

Pool, great room size(3 queens) four our family of 6

They completely ran out of towel pool and any to device rooms. So when we went swimming with our kids the next day there's was none.

The room was not clean when we arrived late at night. There was used towels in the bathroom. Then when we were out for the day, some one entered the room and choose to help themselves to the snacks we had on the table. The rest of the stay we left the "do not disturb" sign on the door.
