Location for the time there.
There was no way to get rid of the stale air in the room and replace it with fresh air.

It was a great location! The hotel was nice and had great amenities.
There wasn’t a coffee pot in the room. It really needs a coffee pot!

Rooms are very small, but comes with staying in a classic place.

Staff was always courteous even greeting one when passing in the hallways. Service in Lockwood restaurant and the bar was also friendly and courteous; drinks were especially well-made at the bar. I also appreciated the fact that no matter with whom I interacted with concerning service in the hotel—-restaurant, bar, concierges, reception desk, check-out and housekeeping—-each person was always couteius, friendly and approachable!

Greetings, Being there for the Blues Festival it was all about location. Within walking distance of Millenium Park. We were upgraded to the Napoleon suite. Easily the nicest hotel room I ever stayed in, very spacious.
Being from a small town. Big town prices are always a shock. But I know this going in,I justify it by thinking this is my weekend to kick out the stops. In the hallway on the floor was a tray that stayed there the entire stay. Being an amputee the toilet was very short and a challenge to use.

The exercise room was close to my room. CONVENIENCE AND PRICE.
Would like a breakfast place inside the hotel. I went to the corner bakery and it is OK.
