Only one elevator for a building of that size is frankly not acceptable.

Great staff. I had an issue with the TV in my room, and the gentleman from maintenance was there within 3 minutes of me calling the desk. He resolved the problem quickly (power cord into back of TV was loose - I never thought to check it!). Front desk staff was very friendly and polite, greeting me every time I walked in the door. Gave me great recommendations of local places to eat, drink, etc. Com breakfast was nice too. If I were to recommend this hotel it would mainly be because of the staff and comp breakfast.
The hallways and corridors are dark, dreary, and need updating. My room seemed very dark too, even when I had all lights on. Room accommodations were newer though, and I slept very well on the comfortable bed. The TV remote, even though it was in a cover that stated that it had been cleaned, was filthy, and I almost asked for a new one but just cleaned it myself. I also didn't like the fact that you have to leave the lobby to get to the workout room and business center, especially when it's cold outside.
