The rooms were large, clean & very attractively decorated. An unexpected surprise was the fact that the hotel has a Shuttle & they also had an arrangement with the casino shuttle to give their customers a free transport to & from the casino at any time day & night. In the morning they had a very nice breakfast for us.

Very helpful staff. Security was not an issue, we felt very secure. Very appreciative of shuttle to and from the hard rock, no wait time at all. Entire stay was great.

Staff always willing to help and make things good for your stay

The rooms were clean and the housekeepers were very nice.

Front Desk person was rude. Arrived for breakfast at 10:00Am which I realize was the cutoff time. But I've been in other hotels that went out of there way to at least let me have a bowl of cereal, yogurt or fruit. No they didn't cook up bacon and eggs but they also didn't ignore me. The Front Desk person should have at least tried to accommodate me instead of saying "Sorry I can't help you" in her "too bad so sad" voice. That is not the way to handle it.
