Staff was friendly and helpful. Let us know right away that the shuttle was available to take the girls to the Justin Bieber concert. Breakfast was awesome. Pancakes instead of waffles.
Wish we would have been told the shuttle would not be waiting until after the concert to pick the girls up. Had to leave the hotel and drive to the venue at 11pm. Traffic was terrible and I was not familiar with the streets in Omaha.

Price was good, free breakfast, and even though I didn't need it this time I liked that I was asked about a wake up call and if I needed a ride to the airport
No mini fridge in the room
Hot tub was broken/couldn't use during our stay

Convenient to downtown area.
Friday & Saturday evening front desk staff on June 7 & 8 was more interested in talking on her cell phone and TV. Mattress in room 210 were too soft, may need to be replaced.
