Beautiful hotel. Conveniently located within walking distance to the movie theater. Bars and eateries. We actually went the SEAT RESTARAUNT. The breakfast was phenomenal, the best I've had to date. I slept beautifully, the bed was great. The room was spacious and clean. Everything electronic, that was very different. What a wonderful experience. Valet parking was great. Parking downtown buffalo can be a nightmare. The lobby was nice. Staff was very personable

The hot springs, the rooftop and the room were fantastic.
Yes, breakfast in the morning wasn’t very appealing. Eggs and home fries were cold and sausage was both cold and undercooked and bagels were stale. Everything else about the hotel was top notch which is why this was so disappointing.

I organized a group of 4 couples in town attending The Eagles concert. The staff a the Curtiss was very helpful before and during our stay, friendly and eager to help us with details in transportation, etc. The hotel itself is 5 star and a beautifully restored gem in downtown Buffalo. We enjoyed the urban hot springs, shuttle to the Arena as well as the lively nightlife at the Vue. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I was a total hero with our friends for picking the Curtiss, this won't be our last visit for sure!

Everything was wonderful! Very friendly staff,especially the rooftop bar tenders. Our waitress very genuine and personable. Great location! Really allowed us to explore Buffalo for the day!
The outside spa could have been a bit warmer since it was february

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, my husband loved the shower
Not to be picky but at the other 5 star hotels we stayed at there was always someone to meet you at the door to take you bags,

We were impressed with the quality of service and beautiful property. The urban hot spring was a surprise which we thoughly enjoyed. The breakfast was first class. The best continental breakfast I have ever had. The bed was extremely comfortable.
I thought the towels were not very soft. I was looking for a book describing the hotel and it’s amenities as well as prices for food and drinks in the fridge.

Rooms were very comfortable - especially spa like bathroom. Also appreciate complimentary valet.
No - first room was too hot and they switched us to another room.

Did not receive information on how to control the temperature, alarm, elevators or how to access amenities. This would be extremely helpful if information was given on check in
