Very clean, good service, and we could walk to restaurant with out going outside.
Yes, I thought the bed pillows were lumpy and to small. Could be better quality. Room 8108 bathroom fan very noisy.
Room was nice size and clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Food is good and reasonable, and the Inn fits the ambiance of the area.
The fan in the bathroom was very noisy, but the amenities like microware, fridge and coffee maker were great.

Great location, close to the entrance to Bryce Canyon. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
The on-site restaurant had good food but on the pricey side. Pretty much the only game in town. Can't afford to eat all of your meals there.

I was out there a couple of years ago and the person who checked me inn to my room to the restaurant employees were extremely rude I would of rated a 1. The staff at the reception desk at Ruby's Inn were very friendly and very helpful. We booked online and ended up with a reservation for 2 Q beds when we really wanted a King. The staff accommodated us with perfect understanding and no hassle. Thank you very much. The room was very clean and toasty warm even though it was very cold outside. The bathroom was small by today's standards but I liked it because it reminded me of the many national park (NP) accommodations that I stayed in in the 1960s as a kid. We came to Bryce for a NP experience and Ruby's Inn was a NP lodge experience. Very ranch-style homey and everything worked.
Our breakfasts (the only meal we ate at Ruby's Inn) were excellent in all respects. The deli-style rye bread and sausage links were great quality and a pleasant surprise. I have no complaints, but only this observation: the breakfast menu had only a limited selection and looked like it hadn't been changed in the last twenty years. In my opinion, the breakfast menu could be improved by just offering a few more combinations or options to the existing food items, or offer a few optional sides which could be added to a basic breakfast.
