Gepflegte und saubere ZImmer mit moderner Ausstattung, Old City und Innenstadt waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Leider ist das Frühstück nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten, das Buffet war zwar gut, aber nicht gerade günstig.

OK for the price
The complimentary water wasn't quite so complimentary, when I mentioned this to the hotels survey, the reply I got was they were sorry, they only meant one bottle not two, which I thought was strange seeing as there were two people staying in the room

The gym was excellent. The general comfort and quality of the room was good.
Expensive. £11.40 for a coffee, 1xtea and toast. Really! £10 parking for 24 hrs seems standard biut not when paying £70 for a room only.
There was only one staff member taking orders fro lunch/tea on a saturday with large queues forming. Communication and service wasn,t good either during this time.
The room layout had the toilet at the head end of the bed, with only a flimsy bathroom door inbetween. Not a thoughtfull layout. It's the detail which would make me not use the chain again. We only used it as we were at a training weekend in the hotel.

Having to pay an additional 10 pounds per day for WiFi is totally unacceptable. In a hotel catering for business people this should be a basic amenity that is free of charge
