Location.
The 9020 E. Church St location lives up to it's reviews. Garbage in the halls, dirty room, just not a nice hotel in any regard. This is the first negative review I've ever given a hotel, but I feel that travelers should be aware of what they might be unfortunate enough to book. There is another Extended Stay (same chain) across the street (9025 E. Church) that is MUCH nicer at the same rate (I am there this week). I will NOT return to 9020, ever.
