Very clean, affordable and very quiet. Staff was friendly, polite.

Room set-up and decor, cleanliness, closet space, iron and ironing board in room, quietness of hotel, quick check-in and check-out, responsiveness of front-desk staff, convenience of having dining room in hotel,hotel location.

Attitude of server in dining room the evening we arrived --- very terse and short-tempered with my guest and me; non-accommodating to our meal requests from the menu provided (must have had a bad, long day and/or the back kitchen staff were not being very co-operative; we had arrvied in the dining room at 8 p.m., the dining room was closing at 9 p.m.). Room and hallways were very cold, very uncomfortable. Even with turning the heat on in the room, the room cooled down quickly in between the heat coming on (could be due to the very cold air from the hallway being forced into the room). The shower fixture was very nice and modern, but did not work properly. The shower head would not function.

I really enjoyed the room I had. It was updated and very clean. I especially enjoyed my shower and my balcony that I had.

I did not like the fact that I got charged for a buffet when all I had was couple of muffins. And that the stairway out to my car needed to be cleaned although they were doing renovations in the hotel.

Having the restaurant right there. Did not have to go out.

Kids in the pool with no supervision. Parents were in their rooms.

There is a large sign in the foyer that says, "breakfast included with every stay". However, when we inquired about that, we were told that doesn't apply to online bookings. If that is true, then your sign should be changed. It is false and misleading to advertise this when, in fact, there are restrictions.

Hallway had cold draft for the whole 2 days (but room was comfortably warm) pool did not open until 9 AM on Saturday and Sunday. It would be better if it opened earlier (7 AM like on weekdays) so that I could swim before the conference events began.

The room was clean and comfortable. Also quite large as hotel rooms go. We were upgraded to a newly renovated room and it was great.

Bearing in mind that the staff was busy, service for breakfast was slow. We couldn't find a seat because most tables were dirty (we did miss the sign that said to wait to be seated. Breakfast Saturday was a buffet and it was quite cold. For $10 we did expect it to be a little warmer.

Comfortable stay and welcoming staff at the reception desk/dining room. Some confusion about whether our room needed to be cleaned or not which did not seem to bother all the maids but one in particular was quite vocal about having to 'push the cart back a few yards' to our room. Rather uncalled for. Apart from that the stay was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone.
