Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Nice, comfortable room. Loved the way the hotel was lit up for Mardi Gras.

Very accommodating staff, the registration staff, restaurant servers and housekeeping staff were all extremely friendly and helpful The grounds were fine, but the pool area was a little unkempt. Really not a deal breaker, would stay there again

Casino and staff very friendly room very clean had a very nice stay
Very few restaurants really no choice except Steak 'n Shake and and a hotel buffet Wish the casino was smoke free

I have been to many pools at many Casinos along the coast, the pool is the drawing point for me! I gamble a little but I adore spending a day at the pool & Harrahs is one of the best! The Cananas are awesome & the value ratio of what you pay & what you get is beyond amazing! It is, in my opinion, the most fun & relaxing pool on the Gulfcoast!
I enjoyed my stay, the bed was most comfortable & the decor in the rooms suit our coastal area. I was a tad disappointed in the change of decor at the pool. I really loved the Aqua & white last year. It was very soothing!
