Extremely courteous, helpful staff. Best I have seen anywhere. All of our group of 3 rooms commented about how helpful and courteous they were. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, etc.
I wouldn't call it a dislike but we needed more soap since we had 4 people in our room & 4 towels. We only had 3 towels & had to askip for 4 both days. They responded timely but felt the cleaning staff should have recognized this. But it was handled. Just some fine tuning needed.

Comfortable rooms..
Supposed to have kind of a dinner, and it was 30 minutes before closing, but pretty much out of food and weren't eager it seemed to get more out.... It was night before Good Friday, but lots of travelers there, so couldn't figure..

Tutto era pulito ed estremamente confortevole. Il personale era piacevole e sto cercando di trovare un motivo per tornare a Beaumont in modo che io possa rimanere lì e prendere la mia famiglia. Molto colpiti da questo albergo soprattutto per il prezzo.
Non c'era niente che non mi piace.
