Extremely courteous, helpful staff. Best I have seen anywhere. All of our group of 3 rooms commented about how helpful and courteous they were. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, etc.
I wouldn't call it a dislike but we needed more soap since we had 4 people in our room & 4 towels. We only had 3 towels & had to askip for 4 both days. They responded timely but felt the cleaning staff should have recognized this. But it was handled. Just some fine tuning needed.

Comfortable rooms..
Supposed to have kind of a dinner, and it was 30 minutes before closing, but pretty much out of food and weren't eager it seemed to get more out.... It was night before Good Friday, but lots of travelers there, so couldn't figure..

Everything was clean and extremely comfortable. The staff was pleasant and I'm trying to find a reason to go back to Beaumont so that I can stay there and take my family. Very impressed with this hotel especially for the price.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.
