I enjoyed the comfortable furniture in the lobby. After a hard day of walking and sight-seeing, those chairs were a welcome relief!! I also enjoyed the fruit-flavored water and delicious cookies available after a hard day! Hilton Garden Inn is a very nice place to stay..

My room was very comfortable. Ate two breakfasts and two dinners there, wonderful service from young man at dinner whose name I can't remember. Dates were June 25 and 27. He worked the dining room and covered bar at times. Very patient with a guest who had many questions and diet restrictions.
I hear the neighboring partner hotel has free breakfasts and earlier tram departure in the morning.

The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and courteous.
I was on the fifth floor and accidentally got out of the elevator on the second floor and was met by a very strong odor of cigarette smoke. Fortunately, my floor was smoke free. I did not report this to the desk, but I feel confident that if I had, the staff would have quickly addressed the problem as the hotel is advertised as smoke free.
