I was a bit worried about my stay when reading previous reviews, however, my stay was wonderful, the staff was friendly and the room very clean and comfortable.

Convenient location.
The room was not cleaned & bed was not made. The bathroom caulk & grouted looked moldy.

Lovely grounds particularly handy for our dog. And the food in the atttached restaurant was not only handy, but quite tasty. Half way between Cleveland and Chicago area. Perfect. Unusual grounds for a Ramada.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful but the front desk people appeared to be overworked. The breakfast was outstanding.
There are things in need of repair - fan in bathroom does not work, the water stain in the tub needs attention, the pool room needs an upgrade, someone needs to monitor guests in the remote areas,
