The staff was very helpful and the complimentary shuttle service to town, the train depot and airport is a wonderful service for guests of the hotel.

this was my fourth or fifth stay at the Lakefront over the last 16 years; my favorite place in Anchorage. The view from the patio of the lake and floatplanes, the food, the comfort of the rooms, the shuttle to/from the airport.
only wish the rooms had a view of the lake--not something you can do anything about!

I left my phone charging cord in my room when I checked out. The staff was prompt and efficient in finding it and sending it to me. Great job! I often get in very late and when they can, the staff avoids putting me way, way at the end in something like room 1064.

The restaurant area was well attended and the food delicious. Their local beer selection was impressive.
Like most hotels in the Anchorage area, the pricing was very expensive.

Easy access to airport. Great shuttle service.
Did not seem to live up to advertisement. Not a newer hotel. Seemed dated and we'll worn. No comlimetery breakfast. Not a good value for price paid.
