The staff was very friendly; 10 Commandments posted outside; Nice gift shop; AWESOME bed - very comfortable
Tower rooms were much nicer/cleaner than others, but more expensive

Although the hotel was older it was well kept, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful and prompt to respond to any requests. We especially appreciated that the breakfast hours were adjusted so the Balloon Fiesta participants could still enjoy some of the best breakfasts ever enjoyed.

We really enjoyed our stay and especially the breakfast. It was great!
Our TV did not work and the stopper in the sink was broken which would not allow the water to drain quickly out of the lavoratory.

Family reunion And a little sightseeing.
There was no fan in the bathroom. And the counter space was so small. especially with two women sharing the room.And the tub looked gross.

My stay for two nights was wonderful and I will stay at MCM Elegante again. The staff were kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious.

Hotel staff was nice, hotel one staff however was less than pleasant when i canceed the reservation and insisted that per the fine print i would be forced to pay or the entire stay even though one day was 24 hours notice. Incrediblly bad service from third party phone staff
