No in room coffee. But there is coffee,muffins and breakfast bars in the lobby. Nice room and view. Good price for location and quality.

Only the roll of toilet paper half gone when arrived. You would think no big deal until at 5am you realize there isn't a replacement. So you could say I started my morning un-happy with your establishment. If you want to give me a voucher for a night's stay, I may consider staying with you again. Mark Barbella 13672 twin lakes ln. Location.

We had a bad experience in our 3 night stay. On night #2 we were awakened at 11 am by a party next door which went on for 2 1/2 hours. We called to the front desk to ask that they contact the people and ask them to quiet down, but the front desk person refused. The person seemed afraid to take any action at all. On the third phone call, I merely held the phone to the wall so she could/would have to listen to it also. She suggested we could call the police - I hardly felt it was something the police should attend to. If you rent the rooms and have standards for the number of people to be in a room, you can ask rowdy people to quiet down. Staff members at the front desk other than this person were great. The next morning we asked to be moved, with further discussion we were told the neighbors were checking out. I was told the room next door would absolutely be kept empty the next night. It was. Sorry that people chose one of your rooms to have a loud birthday party (must have been at least 8-10 people), but you enter in to an agreement in exchange for money and part of that can be an expectation of respect for other guests. As a guest, I expect that of the hotel. And staffing the overnight desk with a person who didn't have instructions about what to do in a complaint situation (I asked her to call a manager)...that's just not acceptable.

Gomma da masticare in asciugatrice, frigorifero rotto sostituito da un altro vecchio frigo che perdeva tutto il pavimento ogni giorno. Nessun bollitore o asciugacapelli, palestra o in piscina. Il personale ha dato indicazioni errate che mi ha fatto perdere il traghetto. La colazione era scarsa. Distributore automatico non ha mai la polvere di sapone per 9 giorni e asciugatrice bruciato il mio nuovo pile sul ciclo delicati.

Bel quartiere, aria fresca, vicino a dove il nostro evento. Le dimensioni della camera è buona.

Se è possibile aggiungere yogart alla brestfast, che sarà un plus.

Posizione e pulizia.

Se mi appoggio la schiena sulla testata, il telecomando del televisore non funziona.

Il materasso più comodo mai! Che marca era? Ne voglio uno.

La toilette deve essere ricostruito. E non scaricava bene.
