The young man staffing the front desk when we checked in rather late was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were in Spokane for a college visit and I had forgotten my directions and parking pass. He kindly agreed to print them for me. The 2 bedroom suite was very clean and very spatious. Even though I had hoped to stay in downtown Spokane and the Starford is out near the airport, it really did not prove to be an incovenience. The drive was straightforward and quick. I'd definitely stay there again, especially considering the qualify of the facility and the price.
I would have given the Statford a 10 for comfort but my bed, while a nice degree of firmness seemed to have a squeeky mattress. It would wake me up when I rolled over.
I would have liked the option of a contentintal breakfast.

Comfort, just like home feeling, exceptional cleanliness, everything at had I needed.
Was unsure about Checking out - had to leave before office opened, left keys in room, was not prepared for that part, hope it was OK

We liked the staff at the reception desk and the location of the facility.
We were surprised that the office was closed on Sunday the 9th. Sure would have liked a coffee and doughnut before we checked out on Sunday.
