A Victory Inn & Suites - Ann Arbor

The staff displayed excellent customer service.

The fridge destroyed my leftover food, more importantly my dessert.....The defrosted water got into everything. the manager extended my check out time....

This is a very worn out hotel. It doesn't even deserve one star.

Plumbing has been sadly neglected. Much repair needed.

Not very clean, very tired looking, broken elevator, way over priced, stained furniture, holes in walls where old pictures must have hung, just a feeling that the owner/operator is doing the very least but charging as much a they can

Staff was friendly

Run down, not terribly clean. On VERY hot day, we came back wanting cold water and neither of the 2 ice machines was working. Initially told our reserved king room was unavailable and we would have to take a room with double beds for the same price. Only after we declined and sat in the lobby looking for another motel did they offer an "upgrade" to another king room. "Continental breakfast" was just toast, banana muffin, and one kind of cereal. Very minimal.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke....the top of the tv cabinet was filthy with dust, dirt and old used dental floss.

Consistent service.

The place is scary but just needs a bunch of tlc. The staff is great.

El hotel era pésimo - no había nada que me gustó de él.

El hotel estaba muy sucio - He encontrado un Dorito entre sábanas en una cama hecha, y el baño estaba lleno, unflushed y se obstruyen cuando me registré - aunque la recepción se acercó a hundirlo rápidamente, y el lavabo también está obstruido - y la gestión no respondió a una solicitud de arreglarlo, no había secador de pelo o una radio reloj en la habitación - características que parecen básicos: la recepción de la televisión era insuficiente - a sólo 2 estaciones eran watchable - la pantalla se oscureció por la estática y la nieve ; números de las habitaciones estaban marcadas de Sharpie donde los carteles número de la habitación estaba roto y no han sido sustituidos, la habitación estaba helada el momento del check-in - y no calentar hasta temperaturas fuera subido a 60 +, el edredón y mantas en la cama eran shopworn y sucio. El hotel parecía estar lleno (para el juego de fútbol Mich U) y otro huésped nos despertó golpeando a nuestra puerta en la noche -. Probablemente no pudo encontrar a su habitación sin marcar)
