Everything was to our liking. Have to commend you on the choice of TVs. Excellent picture and sound.
Next time I will remember to ask for a room with a walk in shower.

It was near fast food restaurants, very quiet and accommodating. I was able to rest comfortably at all times.
As I am an ex-tourism employee and I have worked in hotel industry for 20 years in five star hotels, I know service. I also understand that some facilities at times can not offer such services, been that said, the presence of employees at the front desk is essential at all times. I am not complaining, I am just making an observation.

The reasonable rate I got on Line verses market rate
You had to go to the desk to check out. Only one person serving at counter. the person ahead of me had a problem after waiting and have four other people behind me I just set my room key on the counter and said goodbye. Why cant they put the receipt under my door like other places. The room is already on my credit card

No odor, very clean. Nice staff that was very helpful and polite
There was a smoker in one of the rooms around 304, and the smoke smell came
from under the door.
Hair on bathtub, so cleaning service missed it.
No ice machine on 3rd floor
The remote for the television was not user friendly
