I loved the convenience of the inn to Old Salem, which was within walking distance. It is also very easy to access I-40 Business. We loved and Mark. He has a wonderful personality and was most helpful. And, of course, who couldn't love Sally the cat!

Convenient location. Good breakfast. Large room with comfortable beds and good shower.
Wi-fi does not work with android devices, for some reason. Or so the staff said. Room was large with dark paint and inadequate lighting. Hall finishes looking pretty worn.

I liked the location, friendliness of staff, buffet breakfast.
I did not like the poor lighting in our room (dark/shadowy), poor drainage in bathroom sink, difficulty in flushing toilet, no beverage for the non-drinker at the reception.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We had a spacious room which was well appointed. The location is great for access to Old Salem and downtown Winston-Salem. The price was very favorable for the service and experience.

We had a corner room on the first floor. Our room was very large and beautifully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable.
Our room smelled a bit musty, but it was probably from the intense humidity the south experiences with the heat and humidity of the summer. For the breakfast that is included with the room, there were no options for people who are gluten sensitive.

Extremely interesting old cotton factory converted into a beautiful hotel. Our queen bedroom was beautiful and spacious. Lovely courtyard for sitting and relaxing.
