Everything! The friendliness, professionalism, courteous. We also ate at the Shade bar restaurant. The food was excellent. Would definitely stay at DoubleTree again. Thank you for your service.

The shuddle took a while to arrive but that's pretty minor

Gym available. Restaurant and staff excellent. Front desk staff very personable.
They notified you of renovations and were kind to limit hours.

Airport shuttle was good. Comfortable bed. Excellent dinner (grilled salmond salad). One of the best ever.
Happy hour appetizers ran low.

I felt safe. The restaurant was excellent. The reservation desk staff was very polite and the airport service terrific.
The free parking was misleading. It said parking was free but that was just overnight. I didn't mind paying the $30 that they told me about in the morning just before I left (I asked them, they didn't tell me). I got nervous because I didn't want my car towed. The $30 was reasonable but that should be made clear upon check in.
