The front desk person that was working the night shift was so accommodating and helpful, it made for a great stay.
Now the two girls that were working the front desk in the morning was another story. Could answer a simple question without a very unprofessional attitude. I am a project manager for a very Highend construction company and if I had an employee who spoke to a client this way they would be out of a job as it is a huge customer service job because of the amount these clients are spending and how they are used to being treated. At the very least they would be written up with a stern warning.

The evening staff were excellent, very friendly and professional greeting us and checking us in when we arrived late. The breakfast offers a nice selection. The rooms were clean and the hotel was conveniently located near shopping plazas and malls, restaurants and several big cities.

The hotel was recently renovated and was very nice, clean, and staff was very accommodating.

Convenient, near the airport, close to good restaurants, comfortable.
Had a difficult time getting registered. Staff could not locate our reservation at first. We had a confirmation number and a non-refundable rate.
Apparently someone had entered my last name as "S". (That is my middle initial). The second staff member was able to locate my reservation, and we were able to check in after that. Staff were most cordial and apologized for any trouble. They handled the issue very well. Thanks for a good stay.

The room was clean and functional. The hotel restaurant was very convenient. The staff was excellent...courteous, and helpful! Tony, the shuttle van driver, was wonderful...extremely friendly and personable. He is a terrific ambassador for the hotel! I would definitely stay at the Doubletree again and recommend it to friends. It is a good value.

We arrived very late and were greeted warmly by Byron, who made sure we had cold water and extra cookies!
Just the nice touch we needed after a long day of travel. Very nice location, good value, superior staff!
