The bed and pillows were great. Room was clean.

It was convenient. The breakfast was nice.
Yes. Please use a different cleaning fluid or air deodorizer ... the smell was awful. Also, please provide more towels, handtowels and washcloths; please make them your newer ones, not ones that are scratchy like cement. In addition, the blackout vinyl curtain was old and had holes in it. The actual room did not warrant the price paid.

Thhe staff, these people are great, very friendly , made me feel at home.
they recommended Choice Privileges and I signed up.
When you have a staff like this how could you have a complaint , they took care of everything.

I especially liked the pillows that were provided.
I bring my own pillow with me, but didn't need to use it.
A minor item: the room clocks were still set to daylight saving time instead of standard time. I wish I had noticed that before I went to sleep. I wound up getting up an hour earlier than I would have, otherwise.

La posizione era utile a me. I letti erano confortevoli.
L'addetto alla reception ha preso il suo buon tempo antico uscire davanti a salutarci. La camera era ok, ma c'era molta polvere sulla macchina per il caffè, c'erano asciugamani sporchi da ospite precedente appesi sul retro della porta del bagno. Heavy polvere è sceso da tende, come abbiamo chiuso l'ombra scura.
