Everyone was friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast
The beds were not comfortable. I was disappointed and didn't get much sleep

The price during the holidays was great!!
First night was great, 2nd night was very disappointing with kids talking loudly outside our door and parents being loud also. No respect for other guests - no reflection on the hotel itself. Coffee was not hot both days in the lobby :(

Loved the amenities in the suites. Full sized fridge, plus microwave and dishwasher.
