Staff were friendly and helpful.
Other patrons did not adhere to non-smoking policy; walls between adjoining rooms were very thin - I could hear pretty much everything my neighbors said, even at a normal speaking volume.

Everyone was very friendly,the service was excellent,the breakfast was good,I will stay there on my next visit.
Railings at the stairway were polished and had my concerns for safety.The polish made them very slippery.

The room was very nice and very clean. I really appreciate the microwave, fridge and Keurig coffee maker in the room. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I loved being greeted with whoopie pies upon check-in! I thought that the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. For my purposed the hotel is in a great location, right off the highway on the edge of a well equipped shopping plaza. It was easy to get to the placed that I needed to go from there.
I would suggest that they provide a map of the town and surrounding area upon check or in the room.

The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The bed was sooooo comfortable. The fireplace was an added touch.
The only thing we didn't like (completely our fault) were the stairs...and we happened to have the furthest room from the restaurant and lobby on the second floor.
