Cool hotel, nice, big rooms, very comfy bed, amazing outside area. We are staying there every time we visit RI.

The staff at the front desk was less than helpful. I asked for a wine corkscrew and was told to ask the kitchen staff. I was s guest not a step and fetch.

It's different.
I don't think the price was a hotel process but rather a process of booking through hotels.com. I booked my room through hotels.com for a business meeting, there were 5 others from my company staying at the NYLO and they had a much better room rate than I did. My rate with tax was $147.10 there's was $109.00.

I liked the beautiful and comfortable room, the courteousness of the staff, the close proximity to the airport (with free shuttle), the amazing restaurant/food, the ease of access to information (local transit & attractions, etc.), and that complimentary coffee, tea, and water were provided in my room. I was also pleased with the price I paid.
The hotel was not as close to Downtown Providence as I had believed it was when I booked it. Also the free hotel shuttle is basically just good to get you to and from the airport, as it won't take you any farther than 5 miles away from the hotel. It may also serve them better if housekeeping paid a bit more attention to detail: cards that were left to notify me of tv channels and certain policies had stains on them which put me off.

Both my husband & I had the very best sleep we've had in a very long time. We travel a good bit, bed was ever so comfortable, so we know what true comfort is.
The room was quite cold when we arrived but we were able to get a comfortable temperature within a 1/2 hour. Also disappointed there wasn't enough length in the closet space to hang longer clothing. Storage space seemed limited.
