Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Providence Airport Warwick

Very nice hotel! I am going back in two weeks.

Modern, clean.

We were realy tired your bed and pillow felt like clouds it was wonderful.

Too short a stay

I liked that the room was cheap, especially for one night.

Understaffed, staff was not friendly boarderline rude- yelled at my friend at one point and was swearing in conversation with another guest attitude felt negative at check in when they asked what kind of dog i had and i said pitbull mix, proceeded to tell me i was not allowed to leave her alone in the room- something i have have not only never heard of( and i have brought my dog to many many hotels), but also a ridiculous request. There are some places (restaurants) where dogs arnt allowed, why would i spend my entire time in the hotel room with my dog? Not to mention their dog fee was DOUBLE what i pay at other, MUCH NICER hotels. room was ok, but not all of the lights worked bathroom was GROSS- didnt look like it had been cleaned overall a subpar experience, thankfully it was only for one night will definitely be going back holiday inn next time. i would have booked with them except they were already booked full since it was the firewater that weekend in providence.

El volumen de la televisión no menor en el mando a distancia. Había que conseguir constantemente hacia arriba y bajar el volumen en el televisor de forma manual (en función de canal que tenía, el volumen varía de estación a estación). Sólo una toalla grande y una toallita en la habitación a la llegada. Llamado a la mañana siguiente para más toallas y me dijeron que la limpieza no estaba en todo y tuve que bajar a la recepción frente a recogerlos - muy incómodo.

El personal de la recepción fueron tremendamente útiles. Yo estaba tan impresionado que siempre hizo un gran esfuerzo para ayudar, y juro que las preguntas y las cosas.
