The staff went above and beyond to welcome me, and provided excellent customer service skills. My connection from Hong to Seattle was delayed a day, thus putting me in a very stressful situation. Kevin Tam your guest experience manager was warm and comforting as I was tired and upset to be delayed another day. Thank you Kevin for the kind words and for the heartfeld welcome.Even though I didn't want to stay another night away from home, your hotel was the second best choice. My stay was a pleasant experience, and I would definetly recommend this Novotel location to anyone traveling to Hong Kong.

We arrived at 7AM after the long overnight flight from the US, and were surprised and delighted to learn that we were able to check in to our room reserved for that day at that early hour

We were impressed by the efficiency of the staff we dealt with. The afternoon tea was always special and the friendliness of the hostess for cocktails was very good indeed. Nova was friendly and easy to talk too and a real asset for the hotel.
We did think our room smelt a little damp....

Convenience - shopping, transport, wide range of eating options, airport all within 5 minutes; excellent and not too expensive breakfast.
Paying for wifi; the drains needed attention; the bedding too heavy for ther ambient tempaerature.

We have stayed at this hotel on three occasions. We love coming back.
The hotel is clean. Staff great. Facilities great. Staff endeavour to book us in as early as they can.
We love the location of the hotel.
It is peaceful relaxing great pool.
The food is also great.
Often there is entertainment on a weekend night in the lounge bar.
