Friendly staff. Room was pleasant. Location excellent for my needs.
I would have appreciated knowing that the main floor was closed. I had to go up and down stairs multiple times, and as I am a senior this was uncomfortable for me. The room service menu was uninspired.

Staff was friendly and helpful and made us feel comfortable.
Would have been nice if the underground “path” was available from Union Station.

Staff were efficient and polite. The booking in was speedy! and the leaving the room was not rushed. We lived the little library pub right in the hotel. We will definitely be back if we need a place to stay in the city again. Oh and I loved how they were constantly keeping the lounge floors so sparkling clean.
The only thing I was disappointed about was the fridge in the room was only for selling purposes. Not for me to put a cold beverage in. I drink lots of cold water I also like the hotels who offer a light breakfast

I reserved this room for my daughter and son in law and they loved it. They are planning another trip to Toronto and plan on returning. They were pleased with everything there. When I come to Toronto next I will see what they are talking about as I will be booking again.

The welcome service for myself and my granddaughter was so classy and fun . Georgia felt like a princess .
Yes it was extremely hard to navigate the space with the renovation curtains that were hung in the middle of lobby / reception .
