All of the employees were very friendly.
My child and I noticed that the lock on the exit door on the side of the building was broken (it just opened, without needing the enter a room key into the key panel). We notified the front desk, who immediately looked at it, and said he would notify the 24 hour maintenance. The next morning, we noticed that it still was not fixed, so we did not feel as safe as we normally would, knowing that anyone off the street could walk right into the building from a non-manned location.

The pillows and mattress were the most comfortable.
Breakfast...not real eggs, just not the best.
