Heater in room broken.. Only worked on high. Rattled all night.. Ice machine on floor broken.

In Thunder Bay it is probably one of the higher end hotels, the staff is very good, pleasant and helpful.
I could not control the heat in my room, some of the controls were broken which the staff did not seem aware of. As well, I could not access the side doors with my card as they were permantely locked and I was told I could.

The location was great.
The restaurant had a fire and was only partially open. The service was poor. The pool and hottub were both closed all weekend and that was one one the reasons I booked that hotel with my family. The hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation, but that was inconvenient. Screaming matches in the hallway after midnight. Hotel booked with a hockey tournament

Good location, beautiful place.
Bartender in the lounge was excellent.
Little pricey.

The Fifth Floor.
The main dining room was closed due to a fire. Did the best they could. Would prefer yogurt, fruit and granola for breakfast. Did not see that on the menu.

Beautiful hotel and amenities.
The housekeeper woke me at 10:38pm to give me two glasses that she forgot to leave in the bathroom earlier. I had just drifted off to sleep, and was very annoyed because we were travelling at 5am the next morning. Needless to say, not the best time to be delivering room supplies....
