The purpose of the trip was a class reunion; several class memebers were able to meet and talk in the lobby for several hours. It was very convenient.
I was very surprsied how nice it was. Thank you; I would stay there again.

Location next door to Shakespeare Theatre.
The smallest size soap ever experienced in seven decades of travel.....honestly laughable!!!!! Price extremely high for a very small room....so small only room for ONE chair......for two people.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Bathroom, very clean and good room.
Did not like the size of the room, very small, except bathroom.

Great Location. Could walk anywhere we wanted.
Room was a little crowded with King bed. Bathroom was large.

I didn't find it any different than any other hotel priced in the same range. It was a nice place with a polite staff. I may try another place next time but wouldn't have anything negative to stay about SJH.

Even though our family members came from different locations and booked separately, we were given rooms adjacent to each other which we loved. Thank you. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.

The willingness of the staff to take care of us. Especially the bartender, who was getting ready to close out when we showed up looking for a drink. And then more folks showed up, and more. She only smiled, joked and took care of us all. OH, and i really like the marble that's all over the place. I REALLY like it.
