All staff were friendly and welcoming. We very much enjoyed our time at the Hampton Inn. The free shuttle service to and from the Staten Island Ferry was excellent especially our pick up for the two of us late afternoon on our return.

Great room. Very spacious. Accommodated our family nicely.
The location is just ok and there was a lot of construction along the road leading to the hotel which actually created a safety issue

Friendly service, clean room. Kids enjoyed the pool.
The toilet seat was broken. Since we only stayed one night it was not fixed but reported.
