Back of hotel is used for a smoking area and cigarette smoke was prevalent in the room.

My latest stay included taking advantage, so I thought of your park and fly service whereby I left my new 2012 Dodge van at youtr parking lot for a total of 16 days and nights. Upon returning from Florida on the 22nd April, the van was almost completely covered with frost and I didn't notice anything wrong. When I returned home to Wesleyville there are a great many new scratches all over the right hand side and on the right rear corner, even with the rear window. There was also a large spill of some kind of automotive fluid on the rear mat behind the second row seats. This definitely was not there prior to my leaving our vehicle at your hotel. This van was purchased 4 days before we left the van at the hotel and certainly had no fluid, (which has a very distinctive oily smell) spilled anywhere in ot on the van. As I have had no prior unsatisfactory experiences while staying at the Airport Inn, I am inclined to believe I may stay there again, however I will not again make use of this or any other hotels "Park and Fly" program. If these scratches are as a result of the vans stay at your hotel, it looks like this could turn out to be a very expensive experience. Hindsight being 20?20, I should have noticed the mileage indicator before and after this trip, I can think of no other explanation other than my vehicle was either entered or used in some way without my consent.

Our flight was late so we were glad to use the shuttle bus. We enjoyed our free breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. All iall our stay was GREAT! Thanks.

We were on the ground floor but usually on the second or third floor. Didn't find the room as updated or beds as comfortable.

Nice clean room. Friendly check in staff

Was not that impressed with restaurant staff. Went there for breakfast and waited 10 minutes to order. There were only two other tables occupied and the young waitress spent time chatting by the cash and did not even bother to bring the coffee that I ordered. I got up and left.

The room was wonderful, king size bed. Very clean. The food at Clancy's was superb as well!

The only complaint I have was the weather! It was snowing and blowing right against the window. Other than that everything was great!

J'ai dû prendre le taxi depuis l'aéroport, ça m'a coûté 12$. Je trouve ça dommage. De plus cet hôtel étant près de l'aéroport il serait judicieux de pouvoir avoir un petit déjeuner de très bonne heure le matin (mon vol par exemple quitté à 5h00 le matin)
