Very nice staff at the front desk and very convenient to the ferrys.
Housekeeping staff were very loud in the morning. Made it hard to sleep in due to all the noise they were providing in the hallway. We were next to the supply room and they were talking very loudly and their carts were very noisy as well. So perhaps if we had a room farther from the supply room we would have enjoyed our stay a bit more.

Great location/ view.
Got lucky and could see fireworks from balcony.
Cleaning staff was amazing and nice.
Most staff were good. All very polite.
Mediocre at best:
@@ Three of the five people in our party slipped on the pool room tile. They have signs everywhere but the floor is unsafe. Lucky for us only one of three cracked their head. Pool is freezing. Hot tub decent.
@@ Beach is rocky and grassy.... Picture on site just shows sand.
@@lobby is detached from main hotel
@@ Day 1 breakfast items not refilled. Day 2 staff much better.

The view
Front desk staff was okay, but did nothing beyond the basics. No information or inquiry on whether I wanted to know anything further about the area. This is a vacation spot--friendliness can go a long way with customers.

I liked the beach view
The room was rather dirty and the glass door windows were ruined or highly dirty. This made it somewhat unpleasant for the money paid. There were bugs (cockroaches) running up the screen on the windows in the hall. The beach area could be improved. Also, I wish there was a microwave and more sample shampoos.

Great view of the water. Nice pool and hot tub with good hours.
The beds felt worn out very uncomfortable. The morning coffee was weak tasting like flavored hot water. Luckily there is a coffee shop right next door for a real cup of java.

Nice area,hotel and staff. We did have a problem with wet towels left behind and no hair dryer but that taken care very fast.
