I like the fact that the Green Mill is right there and that it was close to the center.

The proximity to pool, restaurant and parking.

There was a party in the area of the pool, so none! of the tables by the pool were available to us pool users. Their were party people and drinkers occupying the tables all evening.

The party room has been very good for our family gatherings, year after year!

The toilet stool is too low to accommodate a tall, older, difficult-to-bend male.

Loved the ammenaties, the beds were super comfortable. Very clean, very nicely decorated and the location to where we needed to be at was great. Lots of places around to eat at.

Would have liked at least a continental breakfast for the price of the rooms. I would not recommend going to the restaurant on-site. The Green Mill restaurant was horrible. We got to the restaurant at 6pm and didn't receive our food until 7:30pm. The cooks forgot to put my grandson's pizza in, so we had to wait for that to get cooked. They DID NOT refire our food and brought ours out ice cold. We then asked to have our food refired and that took forever. They manager came out with the food, offered us a free drink and took a little off of our bill. That was only time we saw him and our waitress was very aloof and didn't come by very often. It was the worst service and experience we ever had a restaurant. The food was not worth waiting for either. As for the hotel; when we first got there, they had us on the 3rd Floor. We had a group of 10 people that were there for a softball tournament and we had a lot of stuff along. The 3rd Floor does not have an elevator directly to it. You have to take a flight of stairs to get there. That was not acceptable for me and my group. However, in calling the front desk, the staff was very apologetic and got us rooms on Ground Floor - Pool Side for the same price. I thought that they were very accommodating and I appreciated the fast service they gave us to get us settled in.

Close to SCSU

I checked in early and they were able to get my room for me before the wedding I was attending. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
