I had left my expensive sunglasses in the bar, reception area. called your hotel when I returned home, housekeeping said not there. Called again a few days later and talked to a woman at the front desk, she had them there in a drawer, after identification and a credit card number, she mailed them home to me in a flat rate box. Well done!
Would appreciate being offered a "Senior" rate, other hotels I stay in do that.
