The quality of the room (furnishings, amenities etc...) was very good. We enjoyed our stay there.
The restaurant was pretty pricey and there was not even a basic continental breakfast included in the price. (the staff in the restaurant/cafe were wonderful though as was the food).

The close proximity to the airport, I had a 5am departure and it is very convenient. The pool was clean and atractive. I used the fitness center and although small was in good condition. I ate breakfast with family and dinner on my wife's birthday and both meals were very good.

El personal, el confort de la habitacion, el servicio rapido y amable del shuttle bus del aeropuerto el servicio del desayuno.
La falta de un ascensor al piso de la habitacion 274.
Uno de nosotros con un handicap y siendo mayores tener que arrastrar por una escalera hacia arriba maletas con peso y no disponer de una asistencia por ser tarde.
No hemos podido descansar despues de un viaje de treinta horas a causa de un grupo de jovenes deambulando ruidosamente por los pasillos toda la noche y temprano al dia siguiente.

The o ly reason we booked this hotel was because of the water slide. We have three kid and they really looked forward to the slide. When we got there on Sunday we were told that the slide was closed and only open Thursday through Saturday. Very dissapointing!
