The check in staff were very professional and polite. The shuttle drivers were also friendly, polite and efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the shuttle service, and the ability to leave my vehicle there while I was away.

Easy check in & out. Room was large & beds were comfortable. They had an indoor swimming pool that my family enjoyed. Staff friendly and helpful.

Front desk I believe his name was Trevor....and the server at the restaurant, I believe her name was Randi. We got there very late, and were treated like we were the most important people in Spokane.
Little pricey.....not horrible.....

Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. The gal at the front desk helped me out getting my phone connected to the wireless. Bartender, Cory, very nice and both of the van drivers were great.

Free coffee and energy bars
Could'nt get in room second day;bath tube was very hairy, bed was like sleeping in a hole, had to climb up and out.

When the toilet was flushed or when taking a shower, there wasn't much noise, therefore the sleeping person wasn't disturbed. The beds were super comfortable. Didn't notice much noise from other guests on the floor above.
