It was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful! The gentleman in the dining area was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Appreciated the desk staff suggestion of a wake up call!
Nothing I did not like.

I liked the 24/7 shuttle so I could go to and from the airport.
Liked the morning a la carte breakfast option.
You desk staff are excellent-helpful and polite.
Nothing was unpleasant....

The staff was amendable to last minute room change to accommodate my co-worker who had recent foot surgery and requried the use of a walker and crutches. The staff was able to provide us with a room on the ground floor that was close in proximity to the parking lot and outside door. The staff also inqured and provided extra pillows to assist in additional comfort for my co-worker.

Main reason for choosing Hilton Garden Inn Spokane Airport: 设施
We can't always afford to stay there but when we can do it we usually stay there before we fly out of the airport, or we stay the night before an early flight. we consider it a luxury that we only do every once in a while.
I just wish we could afford it more often and wish we could afford it in everytown we travel to.
