The person at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the room and amenities..
We were disappointed that the hot tub was closed down on Monday night for cleaning. That was one reason that we changed hotels - the other one we usually stay at for the past 2 years had the hot tub not working when we stayed both times. We changed to your hotel to avoid this happening. I would recommend that you have it cleaned during the morning or day time hours so that it would be available during the evening..
