This hotel consistently offers superior service, cleanliness and comfort. I like the free frequent shuttle service to and from the airport as well as the hotel's proximity to the airport.
I made my last reservation well in advance of my stay and paid full price. However, I was assigned a handicapped accessible room which was so large that I could barely hear the t.v. from the bed without increasing the volume to full blast. I was concerned about the sleep of neighboring guests. Had I not been exhausted from a long day of travel, I would have requested a different room.

The room.
The people staffing the front door. I wAited indefinitely to have my car parked; I had to ask for help with my luggage in spite of a clearly broken and castes hand; my CPAP medical device was left in the baggage sectionnofvthe shuttle van to the airport; I was dropped off very far from my request for Southwest. I purposely stayed at Hilton because I thought I would have extra help with luggage with a broken hand. I am very disappointed in the service.
