I booked the DoubleTree as a one night stay to be close to the airport, prior to departure back home to Australia, but it felt like another very pleasant holiday experience. When I arrived it felt like I was booking into a peaceful forest lodge, not the 'vanilla-style' archetypal airport hotel. The easy access to the Light Rail either by foot or hotel shuttle made it perfect for slipping back into Seattle for last minute tourist ventures. The warm cookies on arrival were a great welcome too!

Had wonderful shuttle service from and to the airport!Our driver Mr Hung Wong was so kind, efficient and informative!His customer service attitude made us forget how very tired we were! He should trainyour staff in customer service
Need to Have a printed time schedule on the free and nice shuttle to the mall. We were told times and in actuality the pick up times were not accurate.We waitedover an hour to get home . It was cold and wet!
Would be nice to have a simple continental breakfast.

Always impressed with the Hilton! beds, cleanliness of rooms/bathrooms etc. and the free water was a really nice perk after along day of traveling! Thank you!
The hallways to rooms were very dirty looking, they could use a good wipe down or paint job, and I believe the garbage cans should have bags in them for sake of sanitation/health.

Great location and service with your shuttle! A small issue when we checked in early, we were to be contacted via phone on our room-no call.

Convenience of parking for several days and use of transporter service
Outrageously expensive. Parking for Thurs evening to Monday afternoon was nearly $80. Even after paying $200+ for a room one night. Got back to pick up the car and needed some water. A small eighty cent bottle of water cost $3.69 each. You gotta be kidding. It is the last time we will use this method of leaving for a few days. The Airport shuttle isn't any fun, but at least it is reasonable.
