Everyone was helpful and so nice. The room was great and the price and location can't be beat. Will stay there again when I fly out of Richmond.

I've found your staff to be very accomodating. The ability to leave my car there while I'm on a business trip is wonderful, together with the van transportation to and from RIC. Your hotel is a real deal. The only improvement I can think of is a more visible sign at the street entrance saying BEST WESTERN.

The breakfast
I called the hotel in advanceshutruns..ruHowever the shuttle only runs until 12:30.a.m. so we had to take a taxi...I also asked when they quit serving breakfast..they said 10:a.m.....but they quit serving at 9a.m. when discussing these issues the front desk was very rude and basically called us a liar.

The staff was great and we like being able to leave our car there to be picked up after our trip.
