Pleasantly surprised. The room was far above our expectation. Very clean and ideal for travellers with amenities like the microwave and refrigerator. The staff were helpful and really nice.

The hotel was a little too near to the freeway, but having said that, we didn't have a problem with traffic noise at night. Also parking was a little tight.

Staff had obviously made an effort to make the room as attractive as possible (e.g. nice molding around doors) and it was very clean.

Location not good if you want to be able to walk anywhere. I am always anxious about staying in rooms that open directly onto parking lot, but no disturbance during the night.

We booked the room for the night, literally. We just needed a place to crash. Overall North Bay Inn was fine. However, the bathroom door jammed every time we closed it, we had to open it for each other every time we used the restroom or not close the door all the way to avoid jamming it. Also, there was no handle on the inside side of the door, we had to use a towel to grasp the metal, twist and pull.

The OJ was horrible, in the morning, I walked over to grab some juice and it was extremely watered down.
