Love the location in Old Town. Close to shops and transportation. Also liked that it has an airport shuttle.
Room was dark. Would have rather had more natural light. Otherwise, everything was good.

Location, courtyards were nice, staff very friendly and helpful. The bedding was nice.
The floors were dirty and carpeting very tacky. There were straws and used q-tips on the floor. The room was very dark and depressing!

Clean, beds comfortable. Services nice except one of the girls behind the desk seemed to act like a overbearing feminist. You don't talk condensending to guest.
I don't like the layout. I had to use 4 elevators to get to our room.

The location to Old Town is great.
The room was dated and dirty. Housekeeping did not replace glasses and mugs in the room but only wiped them out.
We had no hot water for a short time. The whole place needs renovation.

Perfect location for a short walk to our favorite restaurants. Beautiful buildings and grounds.
Stuffy in rooms. One night, the before-bed shower at midnight was totally COLD! Allowing smokers to foul the air anywhere outside the rooms by placing chairs, tables and ash trays in multiple locations in each corridor led to unpleasant experiences with rude smokers. Smoking should be confined to a single area where it is least likely to affect others.
