The way the hotel was spread out over their campus was beautiful. I felt like I was on a sprawling hacienda! And being so close to Old Town was a plus, too.
The a/c unit was really loud when the fan came on. It made a knocking noise which kind of scared me at first.

Everything was great. MY son upgraded our room to a suite. Surprise !! Great room with everything we needed. Clean Quiet Romantic
Bath water drained very very slow.

Location Housekeeping staff very professional and honest.
The sink in the bathroom of room 803 needs to be cleaned out. Drainage very slow

The feel of a Hacienda and a perfect location
Elevators were confusing and if it weren't for the staff clearing things up I would of always used the stairs. Making your way around was little confusing at times.
