The hotel is beautiful - fabulous - enjoyed our stay this time more than any in the past - and even though they were great - this time super, super wonderful. Thank you!

Our room was luxurious and comfortable. We had a great view from our 7th floor window. The gym was top-notch, equipped with ear phones, towels, water. Perhaps most importantly, and this is how we really evaluate a property--the STAFF was superb. The wait staff in the restaurants, the front desk folks, and the bellmen and their leaders were always willing to go the extra mile with help, even before we knew we needed it!

Renovations to update hotel....nice to see.
Very dusty and ceiling panels about to fall in hallways. I realize there are things going on for renovations. I think your prices should have been reflective with the renovations going on.

Everything was great & the bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. I love the history of the hotel & the charm of the rooms, even if the bathroom made me a little claustrophobic.
The drop ceiling in the hallway has seen better days, like decades ago. And I was a little surprised at how cheap & extremely beat up the table & nightstands were (enough to see the pressed wood underneath) but I understand there's a massive construction project going on so hopefully the furniture will be upgraded. Would stay again - AFTER the construction's done...
